Desert Duel in the news! The 2009 tournament was featured in an ESPN Article.

We are proud to say that the 2009 Desert Duel Memorial was 100% NCAA compliant. The NCAA said that the tournament was the best and most organized event they have ever attended.

We had a fantastic turnout - here’s who joined us in the desert…
• Representatives from 171 colleges, including every PAC 10 school, every Big 12, 10 of 11 Big Ten, 14 of the 16 SEC, 11 of 12 ACC, and 13 of 16 Big East.
• 251+ college coaches.
• 33 of the top 100 players in the country.
• National and local media.

We received very positive feedback about the event. Here is what some of the people said…
• "The Desert Duel was outstanding.”
• "It is the best event in USA.”
• "Excellent teams.”
• "No one does this.”

Our new electronic bracket was a bit hit and the college coaches thought the coaches packet was top not notch.
