Driven by the needs of people with diabetes, the mission of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research. We work to accomplish this by finding and funding the best and most relevant research to help achieve a cure for this devastating disease through: (1) Restoration of normal blood sugar levels; (2) Avoidance and reversal of complications; and (3) Prevention of diabetes and its recurrence.

TGen focuses on many aspects of cancer research, including identifying genes associated with cancer and developing earlier diagnoses and smarter treatments. TGen has research programs for several types of cancer, including prostate cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, pancreatic cancer, adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), brain cancer, colorectal cancer, and hematological cancer.
